Service Mode, Activating/deactivating

CAUTION:
- Telephone/Telematics Control Module J526 must be put in service mode before disconnecting Battery A .
- If this is not done, the Emergency Battery (Telematics) A16 in Telephone/Telematics Control Module J526 is discharged.

Service mode, activating
- Switch Telematics on.
- Press button sequence "#4610#" on the Telephone Handset R37 .
- Confirm entry by pressing Navi button on Telephone Handset R37 .

Shown on display:
Leave service mode

Service mode is activated, Battery A can be disconnected.
