Four-Way Lumbar Support Motors, from MY 2006





1 Backrest Padding

2 Lumbar Support

3 Clamping Sleeve

4 Lumbar Support Frame

5 Actuator For Lumbar Adjustment

Removing

When replacing actuator, lumbar support must not be at an end position.

- Remove backrest cover panel. Refer to => [ Backrest Cover ].

- Disconnect electrical harness connector. Refer to => [ Disconnecting electrical harness connector and disengaging retaining bracket at actuator ].

- Disengage retaining bracket and remove actuator downward.

Installing

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

- Actuator can only be installed in one position.

9 Actuator for Lumbar Height Adjustment

Removing

When replacing actuator, lumbar support must not be at an end position.

- Remove backrest cover panel. Refer to => [ Backrest Cover ] Backrest Cover.

- Disconnect electrical harness connector.

- Disengage retaining bracket and remove actuator upward.

Installing

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

- Actuator can only be installed in one position.

Disconnecting electrical harness connector and disengaging retaining bracket at actuator





When replacing actuator, lumbar support must not be at an end position.

- Disconnect electrical connector - 4 -.

- Disengage retaining bracket - 3 - using a screwdriver - 2 - and remove actuator - 1 -.
