Headlamp Mounting Tabs, Repairing

• Headlight mounting tabs that have broken off can be replaced by installing the repair set. Completely replacing the headlamp is not necessary.

• There are different repair kits for left and right headlamps.

Procedure





- Remove headlamp with broken mounting tab. Refer to => [ Headlamps, through MY 2006 ].

- Remove remainder of broken mounting tabs - 1 - and - 5 - on headlamp housing.

- Place the mounting tabs - 2 - and - 4 - from the repair kit on edge of headlamp housing and secure tab with both screws - 3 - from the top.
