Generator, Testing

- Test generator using Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing info. System VAS 5051B (or other VAS 505X class tester) in operating mode "Guided Fault Finding".
- Connect tester

After tester has established communication with vehicle and interrogated all vehicle systems

- Select operating mode "Guided Fault Finding"
- Press Go to button
- Select "Function / Component Selection"
- Select "Electrical equipment
- Select "27 - Battery, Starter, Generator, Cruise Control"
- Select "Electrical components"
- Select "C - Generator (GEN), testing"
- Follow testers prompts
