Use new cylinder head bolts

Tighten 40 Nm.
Turn additional 90° (1/4 turn)
Turn additional 90° (1/4 turn)

Max. distortion 0.05 mm

Lower intake manifold 9 Nm
Fasten the bolts in a diagonal sequence and in stages





Camshaft guild frame

Tightening specifications

Hand tighten guide frame bolts equally, in sequence 1 to 22





Fasten guide frame bolts in sequence 22 to 1 until they stop





Camshaft sprocket

Initial tightening 40 Nm
Final tightening 80 Nm plus 90° (1/4 turn)

Exhaust manifold








Pre-tighten 15 Nm.
Tighten 25 Nm.
