• To engine

3 Bracket

4 Angle Bracket

5 9 Nm

6 Air Guide Hose

• From secondary air injection pump motor (V101) to secondary air injection combi-valves

7 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Combination Valve

• Installed location: in the front of the engine compartment on the right side

• Checking, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valves, Checking for Function and Leaks ] Testing and Inspection

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valves ] Service and Repair

8 Secondary Air Injection Combination Valve

• Installed location: in the front of the engine compartment on the right side

• Checking, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valves, Checking for Function and Leaks ] Testing and Inspection

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valves ] Service and Repair

9 Vacuum Hoses

10 Gasket

• Replace

11 Connecting Piece

12 Air Guide Hose

• From air filter

13 Secondary Air Injection Pump Motor (V101)

• Installed location: in the front of the engine compartment on the right side under the longitudinal member

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Pump ] Service and Repair

• Check in guided fault-finding operating mode

14 9 Nm

Secondary Air Injection Pump Relay (J299) and Secondary Air Injection Pump Fuse (S130) Installation Location





• In E-box, plenum chamber, passenger side.
