Removing

- Remove the heated oxygen sensor (G39).

- Remove exhaust pressure sensor 1 (G450).

- Disconnect the - 2 - exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 (G448) connector and free up the wire.





- Remove exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 - 1 -.





Ignore - 2 and 3 -.

Installing

Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Exhaust Temperature Control Assembly Overview ] Exhaust Temperature Control Assembly Overview.

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

Coat the thread on the temperature sensor with hot bolt paste. Refer to the electronic parts catalog ETKA.

During installation, all cable ties must be installed at the same location.

- Pay attention the installed position of the exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 (G448) => [ Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor

- Install the heated oxygen sensor.

- Install exhaust pressure sensor 1.
