Throttle Valve Control Module (J338)

Removing

- Remove the engine cover.

- Open the clamp on the air guide hose - arrow - and remove it from the throttle valve control module.






- Disconnect the electrical connector - 1 - from the throttle valve control module.

- Remove the four bolts - arrows - on the throttle valve control module and then remove the throttle valve control module.






Installing

- Install in reverse order of removal.

- Clean the sealing ring surface.

- Replace seal.

• Tightening specifications: Intake manifold assembly overview, refer to => [ Intake Manifold Overview ] Intake Manifold Overview.

- Use a vehicle diagnostic tester to readapt the throttle valve control module to the Engine Control Module (ECM) (J623) after it has been replaced.
