Battery Monitoring Control Module (J367)

Removing






- Switch off the ignition and remove the ignition key.

- Lift the luggage compartment floor and engage it on the body.

- Remove the wind deflector from its mount.

- Remove the nut - 1 - and remove the wind deflector mount - 2 -.

- Remove the tool kit mount.

- Open the cover - 1 - over the negative battery terminal.






- Loosen the nut several turns and remove the ground cable - 2 - from the battery.

- Disconnect the electrical connector - 3 -.

- Remove the nut - 6 - and ground cable - 5 - with the battery monitoring control module (J367) - 4 -.

Installing

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Battery Overview ] Battery Overview.

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Connect the battery. Refer to => [ Connecting ] Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting.
