Connecting Rod, Engine
Connecting Rod Bearing Cap Bolts:
Tighten
50 Nm + 90° additional turn
Replace
Connecting Rod:
Axial play for each new
connecting rod pair
0.20 to 0.45 mm
Radial Clearance:
Mount the connecting rod bearing cap and tighten the old bolts to 50 Nm without tightening further. Do not turn
crankshaft.
New
0.010 to 0.052 mm
Wear limit
0.120 mm
