Ignition Rotor: Service and Repair
REPLACING DISTRIBUTOR ROTOR -
Remove
distributor cap -
Loosen distributor rotor by pressing in both directions (radial) and pull off.
Installation Note -
Check seal (1), replacing if necessary.

The distributor rotor of these models is bolted.
Checking: -
Measure the resistance.

Check casting compound (brittleness, burnt).
