The Motronic Control Unit used in the Powertrain System does
NOT have On-Board Diagnostic capabilities and, consequently, does
NOT store diagnostic trouble codes (DTC's).
Troubleshooting should be conducted using the Symptom Troubleshooting charts and Test Position flow charts under "Symptom Related Troubleshooting".
