Cyl. head removal(outside) & installation (inside) - (6 Cyl. M21):
Cylinder Head Bolts [1]
Step #1 50 Nm (37 ft lb)
Step #2
Bolts 1 thru 10 Torque Angle 90 °
Bolts 11 thru 14 Torque Angle 73 °
Run engine warm 15 minutes!
Step #3 Torque Angle 90 °
CAUTION: Remove oil and debris from bolt holes. If not, improper values or damage may result.
Vacuum Pump On Cylinder Head
6 mm [2] 10 Nm (7 ft lb)
[1] Install new, lightly oiled bolts.
[2] Screw size.
