Cruise Control: Testing and Inspection

Prior to performing any diagnosis, ensure the following conditions are satisfied:

1. Fuses and battery are operating and charged correctly.
2. Cable assembly to the throttle valve and the tie rod at cruise control actuator operates smoothly and show no signs of damage.
3. Cable assembly is set correctly.
