Module Replacement

Removing and Installing Transmitter/Receiver Module From Electronic Vehicle Immobilization Unit




- Remove instrument panelling at bottom left.
- Unscrew bolts.




- Unscrew screw.




- Pull panelling to side out of clips.




- Pull front end of panelling in downward direction and remove.




- Unclip relay holder under steering column.




- Unfasten connector and unclip transmitter/receiver module.




Relays:
20 Relay for power windows and slide/tilt sunroof
21 Bridge for crash alarm sensor
22 Relay for independent ventilation
23 Relay for headlight-cleaning system
24 Relay for intensive windshield cleaning of windshield wash pump
25 Not used
26 Transmitter/receiver module
