Water Pump

Water Pump Pulley.:

- Hold pulley tight on the drive belt and unscrew bolts.

Installation:
- Tightening torque = 9 Nm (6.5 ft lbs).

Water Pump Bolts.:

- Unscrew bolts.

Installation:
- Tightening torque = 9 Nm (6.5 ft lbs).

Water Pump Being Pressed Out With Two Bolts.:

- Screw two M-6 bolts in tapped bores (1) and press water pump out of the end cover uniformly.

Water Pump O-ring.:

Installation:
- Replace O-ring and coat with a lubricant.
- Tightening torque = 9 Nm (6.5 ft lbs).
