Fuel Filler Neck: Service and Repair

- Draw the fuel out of the fuel tank.




- Remove rear right side trim.




- Unscrew and remove cover.




- Fold out cover and expansion tank.




- Remove filler hose from fuel tank.




- Remove nuts.
- Unclip sleeve from side wall.




- Pull fuel intake pipe upwards and remove hoses.




Installation Note:
- Ensure sealing sleeve is correctly seated on filler hose.




Installation Note:
- Direct water drain hose through bore in sealing sleeve to outside the unit.

CAUTION: After installing the fuel filler pipe, check electrical resistance between ground strap (tank filler pipe) and wheel hub.

Measuring Value = approx. 0.6 ohm.
