Removing and Installing / Replacing Complete Auxiliary Fan

M57, M57TU only:

Lever out expansion rivets ( 1 ).

Remove intake cover ( 2 ).

M54 Only:

Lift out expansion rivets.

Remove intake cover ( 1 ).

M57, M57TU and M54:

Remove complete front bumper, see: Service and Repair

Unlock and disconnect plug ( 1 ).

Lever out expansion rivets ( 1 ).

Remove fan cowl ( 2 ).

Release screws ( 1 ).

Remove fan impeller ( 2 ).
