64 11 208 - Replacing heater coreNecessary preliminary tasks: Remove heater.
Service and Repair -
Release screw (1).
Installation: Tightening torque = 10 ± 2 Nm.

Remove adapter plate (2).

Release screws (3).
Installation: Tightening torque = 1.0 ± 0.3 Nm.

Remove bulkhead adapter (4).
-
Withdraw heater element (5) in direction of arrow.
