Torque Strut

Removing and installing/replacing tension strut on left or right spring strut dome.
Special tools required: 00 9 120

Important!
Vehicles must not be driven without tension struts.
Driving without tension struts may damage the vehicle body.
Tension strut nuts must be tightened to torque and then tightened down with special tool 00 9 120.

- Release nuts (2) and remove tension strut (1).

Installation:
Tighten down nuts (2) to torque and then to angle of rotation.
First step 30 Nm
Torque angle 90°
