SITUATION
Customer complains of various driveability issues occurring during the following operating conditions:

Customer complains of various driveability issues occurring during the following operating conditions:
- Cold start
- Hot start
- Idling in neutral and park
- Idling in gear (forward or reverse)
- Accelerating from a stop
- Slowing to a stop
- While turning
- Full load
- Partial load
- Driving at a steady speed

PROCEDURE
NEW All available resources must be reviewed. These resources must include but are not limited to Service Information Bulletins, TIS, DCS messages, Service Round Table and Training Materials. In addition, a Shop Foreman/Master Technician must been consulted before submitting any Puma case. Please refer to SI B00 04 02 for assistance in creating a Puma case.

[NEW] Included in this bulletin is a Diagnostic Drivability Questionnaire to help aid in diagnosis, please use this questionnaire before creating a driveability related Puma case.

NOTE:
Your diagnostic tester must have FASTA switched on in order to aid the Technical Hotline Specialist in their diagnosis. For more information on FASTA, refer to SI B07 07 01. The vehicle information stored in the FASTA system is vital for additional early warning problem detection.
