Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove front door trim panel
Security version:
Cover is designed as armor plating and bonded to door window frame Removing and Installing/Replacing Plastic Covers on Front Door Window Frame (Security) at Inside Left or Right., replacement is not possible.





Feed out cable (1).
Lever cover (2) in direction of arrow out of retainer (3).





Lever cover (1) out of front door.





Installation:
Following parts of cover (5) must not be damaged or missing:
1 - Sound insulation
2 - Foam
3 - Bridge
Replacement only:
Remove speaker (4) Removing and Installing/Replacing Speaker (Tweeter, Front Door).
