SITUATION
The customer complains that the navigation system is not working.
CAUSE
Internal HIP module failure
PROCEDURE
Do not replace the CCC (Car Communication Computer).
Replace the HIP module.
It is not necessary to submit a TC PuMA case for this specific complaint.

Covered under the terms of the BMW New Vehicle Limited Warranty.
Please refer to the latest KSD for all applicable labor operations and allowances.
