Keyless Entry Module: Service and Repair




61 35 950 - Removing and installing (replacing) control unit for comfort access system





Important!

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove trim from rear apron 51 46 050 Removing and Installing/Replacing Top Trim on Rear Apron
- Remove right luggage compartment trim panel Removing and Installing/Replacing Right Luggage Compartment Wheel Arch Trim
- Partially detach insulating mat





Release screws (1) and pull back device holder (2).





Unfasten plug connection (1) and disconnect.
Unlock catch (2) in direction of arrow and remove control unit for comfort access system (3) upwards from device carrier (4).





Replacement:
Carry out programming/coding Programming and Relearning.
