Front Internal Gear & Selective Thrust Washer

1. Check forward clutch hub for worn splines and restricted oil passages.

2. Check internal gear for cracks or damage.

3. Check gear teeth for excessive wear or damage.

4. Check bushing for damage or scoring.

5. Check thrust washer for damage.

6. Install lubricated thrust washer onto front internal gear.

7. Install front internal gear and thrust washer into transmission case.
