A/C Module Replace


ELECTRA, LESABRE, REATTA, RIVIERA, PARK AVE. 88 & 98

1. Disconnect battery ground cable and discharge system refrigerant.
2. Remove vacuum tank and disconnect vacuum lines.
3. Remove wiring harness cover and protector.
4. Disconnect electrical connectors at cowl, then the heater hoses and coolant pipes.
5. Remove blower motor, then the exhaust heat shield.
6. Remove blower motor resistor, then the righthand sound insulator.
7. Remove heater distributor duct, then the module.
8. Reverse procedure to install.
