Keyless Entry Module: Description and Operation

The module performs the functions of interpreting the signals from the transmitter and activating the required circuits to produce the requested functions. The receiver module is able to differentiate between the various transmitters, and must be programmed to accept signals from both transmitters if one or both are to be replaced.

NOTICE: The receiver stores transmitter recognition information in non-volatile memory, therefore it does not need to be reprogrammed due to a battery disconnect.

Automatic Door Locks (ADL)

The receiver module also provides the function of Automatic Door Lock for equipped Rivieras and Reattas.
