TROUBLESHOOTING HINTS:
1. Check all data line wiring (CKT 800) for an open or short to ground.

2. Check all serial data component connectors for proper terminal contact (CKT 800 terminal[s]) beginning with the suspect component.

3. Check all serial data component's ground wiring for high resistance caused by poor terminal contact, frayed wires. etc.

4. Check all serial data components, beginning with suspect component.
