Exhaust Gas Recirculation (Digital EGR)
Digital EGR Valve:
Digital EGR Valve Assembly:
REMOVAL: -
Remove electrical connector at
solenoid.

Remove two base flange bolts and
EGR.
INSTALLATION: -
Install
EGR and flange bolts finger tight.

Tighten the long bolt first to
15 Nm (11 ft lb). Then, tighten the short bolt to
15 Nm (11 ft lb). Repeat sequence to
30 Nm (22 ft lb). -
Re-connect electrical connector at
solenoid.
