Programming Procedure

Remote Control Door Lock Receiver Programming Connector:

1. Reposition rear compartment trim assembly to access the programming connector located at the left of the rear compartment.

2. Ground the programming connector.
^ Door lock assemblies and rear compartment lid lock assembly or end gate window solenoids will cycle indicating receiver assembly is in program mode.

3. Press any button (only once) on transmitter.
A. Door lock assemblies and rear compartment lid lock assembly or end gate window solenoids will cycle once confirming that transmitter code is programmed.
B. Any transmitter code that was previously programmed has been erased.
C. Receiver assembly is now programmed to the transmitter assembly.

4. If programming a receiver assembly to match a second transmitter assembly, press any button (only once) on second transmitter assembly. This must be done before program connector is disconnected.
^ Door lock assemblies and rear compartment lid lock assembly or end gate window solenoids will cycle once confirming that second transmitter code is programmed.

5. Disconnect the programming connector.
^ System will not operate if ground connection is not removed.

6. Verify operation of transmitter assembly.

7. Reposition rear compartment trim assembly.
