Turn Signal Flasher: Locations

The fuse panel is located behind behind the lefthand side of the instrument panel near the shroud.
On all models except 1991-92 Caprice, Custom Cruiser and Roadmaster, the hazard warning flasher is located on the fuse panel. On 1991-92 Caprice, Custom Cruiser and Roadmaster the hazard warning flasher is located on the convenience center near the instrument panel fuse panel.
On 1989-90 Buick Estate Wagon, the turn signal flasher is located on the fuse panel. On 1991-92 Buick Roadmaster, the turn signal flasher is located on the convenience center near the fuse panel. On Cadillac Brougham, the turn signal flasher is located on a bracket behind the instrument panel to the right of the steering column. On Pontiac Safari and 1989-90 Chevrolet Caprice, the turn signal flasher is located on the fuse panel. On 1991-92 Chevrolet Caprice, the turn signal flasher is located on the convenience center next to the auxiliary fuse block. On 1989-90 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser, the turn signal flasher is located behind the instrument panel at the base of the steering column. On 1991-92 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser, the turn signal flasher is located on the convenience center near the fuse panel.
