Positive Crankcase Ventilation: Service and Repair

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Remove sight shield from fuel rail and intake. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement Service and Repair.
2. Using 1/2" socket, press access cover down and rotate 1/4" turn counterclockwise.
3. Lift the cover and O-ring off slowly.
4. Remove valve with O-ring from the intake manifold.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Crankcase ventilation valve, replace O-ring if necessary.
2. Cover and O-ring.
3. Sight shield.
