Transmitter Programming

Program Connector (LH Side Of Rear Compartment):






^ Do the following procedure whenever the Keyless Programming Connector is grounded, the Remote Control Door Lock Receiver is replaced, the Portable Transmitter is replaced or a second Transmitter is added.

1. Jumper the Keyless Programming Connector between Program Connector TERM "A" and "B" (all power door locks will lock and unlock, Tailgate will release).
2. Operate Transmitter by pressing a single button once (all power door locks will again lock and unlock, Tailgate will release).
3. To program for a second Portable Transmitter, operate Transmitter 2 by pressing a single button once. In order for programming to be complete, wait after each button is pressed for the locks to fully cycle.
4. Disconnect Program Connector Jumper after locks have finished cycling.
5. Verify that the Portable Transmitter(s) operate Door Locks and Trunk Lid Release.
