Troubleshooting Hints

PERFORM BEFORE BEGINNING SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS:
1. Check fuse 1B by operating the turn flasher.
2. Check fuse 9C by operating the radio.
3. Always check terminal contact before replacing any component.
4. Check for a broken (or partially broken) wire inside of the insulation which could cause system failure but prove "GOOD" in a continuity/voltage check. (Refer to General Troubleshooting Procedures). Diagnostic Aids
5. Check for proper installation of aftermarket electronic equipment which may effect the integrity of other systems. (Refer to General Troubleshooting Procedures).
