Blower Motor: Service and Repair

BLOWER MOTOR

Remove Or Disconnect
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Right sound insulator panel under instrument panel.
3. Convenience center rear screws, loosen front screw and slide convenience center out.
4. Grasp carpet at top side of cowl and pull forward.
5. Blower motor electrical connection.
6. Harness from clip.
7. Blower motor mounting screws.
8. Blower motor.

Install or Connect
1. Blower motor.
2. Mounting screws at blower motor.
3. Harness to clip.
4. Electrical connections.
5. Replace carpet at cowl.
6. Convenience center and attaching screws.
7. Right lower sound insulator.
8. Negative battery cable.

Tighten
Bolt to 15 Nm (11 lb. ft.).
