Transmitter Programming

^ Before entering programming mode, be sure to have possession of all transmitters to be used on the vehicle. Once a transmitter is programmed, the memory is erased and other transmitters will not be functional until programmed again. Up to four transmitters can be programmed

This procedure must be followed for adding new transmitters (more than two) or replacing failed transmitters.

1. Turn ignition switch "OFF"

2. Using a fused jumper, jumper DLC terminal 8 (BLK/WHT) to terminal 4 (BLK). This grounds pin 8.

3. Turn ignition switch "ON."

4. Press and hold "LOCK" and "UNLOCK" button on one transmitter for about 30 seconds. Doors lock and unlock.

5. If you need to program more than one transmitter, repeat Step 3. if only one transmitter is being used go to Step 6.

6. Disconnect jumper from DLC.
