Radiator Cooling Fan Control Module: Service and Repair






WARNING: To help avoid personal injury or damage to the vehicle a bent, cracked, or damaged fan blade or housing should always be replaced.

REMOVAL
Remove or Disconnect the following components.
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Wiring harness from the motor and the fan frame.
3. Fan guard and hose support as needed.
4. Fan assembly from the radiator support.

INSTALLATION
Install or Connect the following components.
1. Fan assembly on the radiator support. Tighten the bolts to specifications.
2. Connect the wiring harness.
3. Negative battery cable.
