Cabin Air Filter / Purifier: Service and Repair

Passenger Compartment Air Filter Replacement:

Remove or Disconnect

1. Turn off ignition switch when the windshield wipers are in the up position.
2. Raise hood.
3. Windshield washer pump hose from fender rail and cowl screen.
4. Reposition hood weather-strip from right side of vehicle (peel back half way to center).
5. Air inlet grill retainers.
6. Air inlet grill.
7. Passenger compartment air filter.

Install or Connect

1. Passenger compartment air filter.
2. Air inlet grill.
3. Air inlet grill retainers.
4. Mood weather-strip in place.
5. Windshield washer pump hose to fender rail, and cowl screen.
6. Close hood.
7. Return windshield wipers to park position.
