Sunroof Glass Panel Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Cycle the glass panel to the vent position.
2. Remove the glass panel fasteners (1) on either side.

IMPORTANT: Do not operate the sunroof without the glass in place. Operating without the glass will break the wind deflector.

3. Remove the glass panel, being careful not to scratch the roof surface.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Position the sunroof glass panel into the opening.
2. Install the glass panel fasteners (1). Do not tighten the fasteners.
3. Close the glass panel.
4. Adjust the sunroof glass panel. Refer to Sunroof Panel Horizontal Adjustment. Sunroof Glass Panel Seal Replacement

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

5. Tighten
Tighten the fasteners (1) to 3 N.m (27 lb in).
