Circuit Description

The positive battery terminal is connected to the generator, starter solenoid and to the LH and RH MaxiFuse� blocks by circuit 1 (Red) cables. The negative battery terminal is connected to engine ground G105 and chassis ground G100 via two circuit 50 (Black) ground cables.

Battery Tray and Hold-Down Retainer Description
Excessive battery movement reduces the life of a battery. The battery tray and the battery hold down retainer are used to hold the battery securely. The battery tray should be in good condition so that it will hold the battery securely and level. The battery tray and the battery hold down retainer must be clean and free from debris and corrosion before installing the battery.
