Door Replacement - Front
REMOVAL PROCEDURE1. Remove the rubber conduit.
2. Remove the trim panel.
3. Remove the water deflector.
4. Remove the door speaker.
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
6. Remove the front door inner sealing strip.
7. Remove the front door outer belt sealing strip.
8. Remove the window.
9. Remove the window weatherstrip.
10. Remove the window regulator.
11. Remove the outside door handle.
12. Remove the inside handle.
13. Remove the lock.
14. Remove the door side molding.
15. Support the door.
16. Remove the intermediate door hinge bolts.
17. Remove the door.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
1. Install the intermediate door hinge bolts.
Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 33 N.m (24 lb ft).
2. Remove the support.
3. Install the door side moldings.
4. Install the lock.
5. Install the inside handle.
6. Install the outside door handle.
7. Install the window regulator.
8. Install the window weatherstrip.
9. Install the window.
10. Install the front door outer belt sealing strip.
11. Install the front door inner sealing strip.
12. Connect the electrical connectors.
13. Install the door speaker.
14. Install the rubber conduit.
15. Install the water deflector.
16. Install the trim panel.
17. Adjust the door. Refer to Door Adjustment - Front.
