Wheel Speed Sensor Jumper Harness Replacement (Front)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE





1. Disconnect the front wheel speed sensor jumper harness to ABS harness connector (1).
2. Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable hoist.
3. Remove the harness (2) from the control arm retaining clips (3).





4. Disconnect the front wheel speed jumper harness connector (1) from the front wheel sensor (3).
5. Remove the front wheel speed sensor jumper harness (2) from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. Connect the front wheel speed sensor jumper harness connector (1) to the wheel speed sensor (3).





2. Install the harness (2) to control arm retaining clips (3).
3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Connect the front wheel speed sensor jumper harness to ABS harness connector (1).
5. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position, with the engine off.
6. Perform the A Diagnostic System Check - ABS.
