Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) - Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the Instrument Panel (IP) cluster trim plate.
2. Remove the IP cluster retaining bolts.
3. Rotate the top of the cluster rearward and disengage the locating pins on the bottom of the cluster at the IP.




4. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the IP cluster.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the electrical connector.




2. Install the IP cluster, position the locating pins on the bottom of the cluster to the pin receivers in the Instrument Panel (IP).
3. Install the IP cluster retaining bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the IP cluster bolts to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Install the IP cluster trim plate.
