Functional Check

1. Clear the DTCs.
2. Perform the Powertrain On-Board Diagnostic System Check. Refer to A Powertrain On Board Diagnostic (OBD) System Check.
3. Start the engine and run for one minute.
4. Check for DTCs using the scan tool.
5. If DTC P1336 is set, perform the crankshaft Position System Variation Learn Procedure. Refer to CKP System Variation Learn Procedure.
6.Connect the courtesy lamp socket to the right side sound insulator.
7. Install the right sound insulator.
