Horn: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the horns.
2. Remove the bolt retaining the horns to the left front frame rail.
3. Remove the horns.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the horns to the left front frame rail.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the horn retaining bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 15 N.m (11 lb ft).

3. Connect the electrical connectors to the horns.
