Fast Reverse Button

The Fast Reverse button is a non-latching momentary contact control that serves a dual function with radio preset number 3. Pressing the Fast Reverse button moves the tape in the reverse direction at a rapid speed until you perform one of the following actions:
- Press the Fast Reverse button a second time.
- Press the program button in order to return the unit to the normal play mode.

During rewind, the audio reverts to the radio. If no operator changes occur, rewinding continues until the beginning of the tape is reached. The unit then returns to the play mode. Time Of Day (TOD) remains displayed and a program arrow blinks while the unit is in the fast reverse mode.
