Service Engine Soon

The SERVICE ENGINE SOON indicator identifies the ready status of the engine's emission system. The PCM activates the indicator with a low side drive circuit. The indicator turns on when the PCM detects an emissions related failure. The IPC illuminates the indicator the during bulb check.
