System Description

With the turn signal/hazard switch in the HAZARD position, the hazard signal input of the turn signal flasher is grounded. The turn signal flasher supplies battery positive voltage (B+) in an intermittent on and off pattern to all turn signal and side marker lamps. Both turn signal indicators flash on and off continuously while the turn signal/hazard switch is in the HAZARD position.
