88. Exhaust Crossover Installation

1. Install the exhaust crossover pipe seal to the exhaust crossover pipe at the right exhaust manifold connection.
2. Install the exhaust crossover.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the exhaust crossover studs to the right exhaust manifold.
Tighten the studs to 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the exhaust crossover bolts to the left exhaust manifold.
Tighten the bolts to 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs.).





5. Install the exhaust crossover pipe heat shield.
6. Install the exhaust crossover pipe heat shield nuts.
Tighten the exhaust crossover pipe heat shield nuts to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
