Air Distribution Duct Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the instrument panel.
2. Remove the center air duct mounting screw.




3. Remove the center air duct distribution.
4. Remove the side air ducts mounting screws and side air distribution ducts.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the center air distribution duct.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the mounting screw.

Tighten
Tighten the center air distribution duct screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).




3. Install the side air distribution ducts.
4. Install the mounting screws.

Tighten
Tighten the side air distribution duct screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).

5. Install the instrument panel.
